TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Your session is confirmed once payment has been made in full.

    • Bookings are made for two people as standard. If you’re bringing others along (whether that’s a model, photographer, or team), just add them onto your booking so we can prepare the space accordingly.

    • Your booking time covers your full use of the studio, so this includes setting up and packing away. We recommend allowing enough time for this so you’re not rushed at the end of your session.

    • If you’d like to stay longer, just reach out on the day using the contact details in your confirmation email. If we have availability after your slot, you’re welcome to extend at the standard hourly rate.

    • We do ask that sessions finish on time, as other clients may be booked in after you. If your booking runs over without letting us know and this impacts the next session, an overtime charge of £60 per hour plus a £60 late fee will apply. If no one is booked in after you, any extra time will simply be charged at the normal hourly rate.

    • We want the studio to feel like a space you can truly enjoy, so please treat it with care during your time here.

    • You’re welcome to move things around to suit your shoot (apart from the abstract mirror), just pop everything back into place before you leave so it’s ready for the next person.

    • To keep the floors in good condition, please avoid dragging furniture.

    • Make sure any extras you need including additional guests are selected when booking. The studio can host up to 8 people per session.

    • Before heading out, we kindly ask that the space is left clean and tidy. If the studio requires additional cleaning after your session, a charge may be applied.

    • For safety reasons, there are cameras installed in both the studio and hallway. These are there purely to protect our clients and the space.

    • Footage is not stored long-term and is automatically deleted after 5 working days. In the event of an incident, footage may be accessed by a member of staff.

    • If you’d like a private space to change, you can use the communal toilet located down the hallway by the kitchen area. We also have a privacy screen in the studio that you’re welcome to use during your session

    • We respect your privacy and recordings are only used for maintaining a safe and secure environment..

    • Any personal information provided during booking will be handled securely and used only for booking and communication purposes.

    • We’ve created this space for you to enjoy, so we kindly ask that you take care when using the studio, including all furniture, props, and equipment. If anything is damaged, there may be a charge for repair or replacement.

    • For the comfort and safety of everyone, smoking and alcohol are not permitted anywhere within the building.

  • We understand that plans can change, so if you do need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please see our policy below:

    • 48 hours or less: No refund

    • 72 hours –1 week: 50% refunded.

    • More than 1 week: Full refund.

    Please be aware that processing fees will be deducted for any changes made within 72 hours of your booking. If you have any questions, you’re welcome to get in touch via email, social media, or our website form.

    • Bookings include up to 2 people. Any additional guests must be added to your booking in advance.

    • The maximum capacity per session is 8 people, and this must not be exceeded.

    • All equipment, props, and furniture should be used with care and for their intended purpose. Please do not move heavy or fixed items without prior permission.

    • Damage to any of the equipment in the studio will incur additional charges.

    • Please avoid using oils, glitter or anything that could stain or damage the furniture.

    • Please note: all guests use the studio at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your session.
